installed workforce for ArcGIS on my mobile phone,but when I try to view my projects a message comes up saying "Couldn't open project." Can you help?

It appears my Dispatcher user can open the project on Android app, but my Worker cannot.  But, before, both were having issues.  Thanks.

did you invite the craig_sp user as a worker and dispatcher?  I don't see the projects in my list for Workforce.
