hosted feature layer is not shown in workforce

hi there; i need some advice on workforce.argis.com  ,

In AGOL,  I made a hosted feature layer and shared it with everyone.

After that , I opened a project in workforce and amongst other things, I saved this hosted feature layer to the dispacther map and  to the  employee map. 

When i open this project however, none of the items are shown in the map. I want to make assignements , based on the items from the map. What is going wrong. I think i forget just a little thing .

One possibility that might lead to this is if the layer in the webmap is using an "http" url instead of an "https" url. If you are loading workforce over "https"  (https://workforce.arcgis.com), then this would cause a mixed content error in the browser. If this is the case, you should be able to update the url to use https by going to item details page of the webmap and changing some settings.

What happens if you open workforce using "http" (http://workforce.arcgis.com)?

Are you able to open the dispatcher web map in the normal map viewer?

the problem is solved

When i started de feature layer from Arcgis Pro in stead of AGOL, it worked fine

somewhere there seems to be a difference in the origine of the feature layer......
