We've had a issue with workers accidentally changing the status of an assignment to completed when they intended to pause it. Is there a way for the dispatcher to change the status of the job from completed to paused?

Not at this time, but we do have it in our backlog to allow Dispatchers to re-open or re-assign Completed assignments.
The Worker does have the ability to correct this mistake of completing the assignment when they meant to pause it. The Worker can access their list of completed assignments, select the assignment and Reset it so they can then Pause it.
