Hi,
I recently saw that in a either a video or presentation on Workflow Manager in ArcGIS Pro there was an LOI button near the attachments button. This appeared as though it would allow the user to edit or at least view the LOI without having to run a step to do so, the same as you can do in the Workflow Manager Desktop Application. I am not sure if what was shown was either an early version of the software or even an unreleased dev version but it would be an extremely useful feature that I am sure many users would appreciate.
