Under my standard / student license portal page I have enabled workflow manager but it doesn't appear in my launchpad as an option.  Does this have to tie into an enterprise server to be able to use?  I'm a bit lost on the set up of this app but I would like to test it out to try it at work.

Hi @Cbonetti85

The license you've enabled there is the optional Pro extension for Workflow Manager. Workflow Manager is available in both ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online and can be optionally used in ArcGIS Pro as well.

If using Enterprise, you'd need a base Enterprise deployment (and license for Workflow Manager server) in order to get started. See here for some more information on what you'd need: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/workflow/latest/install/windows/system-requirements-workflow.htm

If using Online, you'll need an organizational extension license to get started using it. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-workflow-manager/latest/administer/license-the-workflow-manager-use...

Once you have things setup and licensed, you'd then be able to see the Workflow Manager web app in the app launcher in your Portal. If you have any specific questions on what you're granted with your license, Customer Service would be the best group to chat with.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
