WAB logo replaces ours on mobile devices

Hi all,

I created a very simple WAB app on our Enterprise Portal. The app uses the Foldable theme and has a header that includes our shared organization logo. It looks like I expect it to look (our logo on the left side of the header) in mobile previews and in the web app when displayed on a monitor.

However, when I load it on my phone, our logo is gone and the WAB logo is in its place.

I tried changing our shared organization logo to a smaller version (110 x 110) but that didn't make any difference. Is that still too big for mobile devices? Is there some other issue I haven't thought of?

It suggests that maybe your Shared Theme logo isn't shared publicly.

Hi Brynda,

Thanks for your response, @BryndaHatch! You're right. I spoke with Support and learned that a logo uploaded in the Shared Theme section of Portal's Settings/General page isn't visible on apps shared with everyone unless you also have enabled anonymous access to Portal. The workaround for those of us who don't want to enable anonymous access is to upload a logo to each web app individually. It would be nice to add a toggle switch to enable public sharing of shared theme elements independent of enabling anonymous access to the Portal site.
