Some SVG files are not shown in WAB 2.1

I recently upgraded our WAB webmap from 2.0 to 2.1 and found out some SVG files are not shown (arrow_up.svg for the attribute table, and several in select widget as below screenshot shown). No problem at all to have all these svg files shown in 2.0. I thought it might be the incompatibility between old 2.0 application with 2.1 WAB since I imported 2.0 application to the 2.1 framework, so I created a brand new application in 2.1 box, but the issue is still on. I wonder if anybody has the same issue, or shed some light on this issue. Any thought is appreciated. THANKS.

   you need to make sure that your machine has the SVG mime type added to your IIS.
