Screening not generating report for Analysis feature, but will for others..

Hello All, 

I am testing adding a Screening Report capability to a few selected layers for staff, but I am encountering an error where one of the selected 'Analysis Layers' will not generate. It just keeps giving me a spinning circle of death. Any Ideas? It is a Point layer, selectable, symbology is turned on (although at a 95% transparency), pop-ups are enabled, I can't think of anything else that would cause the error.
