Good morning,

I have noticed that my WebAppBuilder application (ArcGIS Web Application ) gets the following error when being opened only in Internet Explorer:

Create widget error: themes/FoldarbleTheme/widgets/HeaderController/Widget

Where do I begin to sleuth out this error?

I'm seeing that problem on my IE. I'm also getting a Create Widget error

Ken,

Have you checked for the double backslash issue in your apps main config.json?

OK. I got confused there. So his site has errors for you too?.. Strange. You on windows 10?

Yes, I'm on Windows 10. And I do have one of the problematic updates, KB4486996, installed. IT hasn't pushed out any of the updated patches yet, either.

Hi Rudie,

Robert is definitely correct that the recent Windows updates that resulted in backslashes not being readable is the cause of this specific error. Windows has released patches for this behavior depending on what update you've done. The ones that I'm aware of are linked below!
