I recently put together a webapp to view a layer that is on our Enterprise Portal. The layer was created in ArcGIS Pro by referencing an SQL database with live data, and then published to the portal from Pro. Once on the portal, I used the layer in a webmap to configure pop-ups and symbology, and then the webmap was used in a webapp. When viewing pop-up data for points in the webapp, if I zoom out and then zoom back in, most of the time the app will display two or more records of the same data. Attached is a video example of the issue.
