No you would have to do this development yourself. There was some stuff out there but the original developer is no longer available to provide assistance and the code was dependent on another widget of that developers and slightly complex.
Ok. I have played around with WAB Dev in the past, so I could get it up and running on our Portal fairly quickly. If I do this, is there a custom widget, or something similar, that I can use to get the functionality that I want?

Alright, I had seen that in my search, and I was hoping someone had taken up the mantle of bringing this functionality into WAB Dev! I will see what I can do. Thanks for your help!
I wonder, if tabs have been added to pop up in the meantime. I think that's the only way to show numerous features of a layer. Right? I couldn't find anything in teh web and...I am not able tod evelop it by myself as suggested.
