In Portal WAB's save button get stucked at saved and inactive

Hy!

Could Anyone help us to figuring out what causes this issue? We are using ArcGIS Portal and there we countinously meet with after saving somekind of edit then the save button got stuck at saved and from then it is not available for a while. In previews we see the edits but after launch every new stuff disappears. Any idea? Thank you very much!

Hi Gliba,

I have not observed this behavior before. What release of Portal for ArcGIS are you using? Are you running Portal on a VM? Does this occur with any configuration change in the Web AppBuilder builder environment or only with a specific configuration change? Can you please provide repro steps?

Dear Derek,

Thank you for the response. 10.5.0.6491 is the version of both of portal and server. Every server are running on VM yes. As we have noticed since last week this issue occurs when we create a new app with save as just as a copy for a new app. And then every after every modification the app template jump back to the original settings. Any idea? Thank you very much

So was this functionality working before and it only stopped working in the last week? What changed between then and now? Is this a brand new install of Portal for ArcGIS 10.5 or was it upgraded from an earlier release? If the latter, did you update the Portal index? FYI,

Problem: After running an Full Index in Portal for ArcGIS Admin API, the Index Counts for Store and ...
