Using web appbuilder developer edition, can I limit the number of themes provided when creating a template? I'm trying to make a template that only allows other users in our organization on portal to be able to choose a certain color and certain widgets.
I've determined that you can use WAB DevEd to create the templates and themes, and then we can copy over those files to our Portal server. From there we will remove and replace the files found in ...Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\webappbuilder\stemapp with those created in WAB DevEd. We used this approach because we're only changing the hex colors in the css and some of the json files that mention the themes.
