Filtering Infographic Widget based on Drive/Distance Widget?

Is there a way to filter data presented in the infographic widget based on the drive time circles created in the drive/distance widget?   Looks like Infographic Widget displays a count of all data on the map extent.  I'd like it to display the data inside the drive time radius.  See screen shot of both widgets (without filtering).
