Export to CSV missing

Hi there,

Previously using Web apps, you could export to csv from data in the attribute table (select options in the attribute table and export to CSV). This appears to be missing. Has this capability been removed?

@JosephHilliard94 you need to enable this functionality in the widget in web app builder first for it to be available.
