Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to feed a custom geoprocessing service through the Geoprocessing widget on Portal. Every time I test it, the widget runs for a few minutes and then "error" pops up in the window. I've attached a screen shot of the developer window's content. I'm currently trying this in Google Chrome because my organization uses it.

A little context for the what the tool is supposed to do. The end user defines a few values and once they hit run, the tool runs a few field calculations on a geodatabase table on my GIS server, the table then is joined to a feature class so the data comes through, and finally the data is posted to my REST directory. I wrote a python code that overwrites the existing REST service. This tool was created with model builder.

Is this tool failing because it's calling back to data that's being updated/appended elsewhere?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
