Personalise or customise a URL link

I have created a church burial map. Many will visit the church and find out about the map through printed displayed material.

I would like to find a way to personalise or customise the long url title to make it more accessible, user friendly https://stmarymagdalenec.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=f55896901f1340cd816fcc7dfec...

For example if someone visited the church and saw this link on a poster and wanted to easily search or access the map. It‘s a long link to copy into your phone or write down. I am aware that I can shorten the link which I have done to  https://arcg.is/a9vmv1

But this is not particularly memorable.  As a volunteer I have created this from scratch and it will be important to the local and wider rural community and I hope in time be an inspiration for other churches to create. 

A link that simply can be edited to state St Mary Magdalene Church Burial Map would make it more accessible to all particularly for the older generation who are not digitally savvy.

I believe you can use bit.ly and choose your own URL characters, e.g., https://bit.ly/burial.

You could set up a "friendly name" webpage that just redirects to the longer url.

i.e. You could set up https://www.stmaryburialmap.com to redirect to https://stmarymagdalenec.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=f55896901f1340cd816fcc7dfec... on page load.

(This is what sites like fb.com do when they redirect to Facebook).

CourtneyMenikheim for your helpful comments and 'work around' solutions. I have set up a 'friendly name' page and will redirect the map and story map to this. I am sure it will help drive the local community engagement. Thanks again!
