Near Me Widget: Search Source does not scroll beyond 11 feature layers

When setting the search source while configuring the Near me widget, if the user adds more than 11 feature layers, the older layers disappear from the list (whilst still being a part of the tool).

If I have 11 layers and I add the 12th layer, the layer at the bottom disappears from the search source list and there is no option to scroll beyond the 11 visible in the list.

The proposed idea is to introduce a scroll bar in the set search source list of layers so that users can manage all the layers that are in the set search source list.
