Attribute Table widget to export CSV for dynamic added layers

The export to CSV function is not working for adding layers on the fly (cannot read property 'query' of undefined).  

The Layer List allows adding result layer to Attribute Table. But it couldn't use the Export To CSV function from the newly added layer ?!

It would be great to have the export to CSV function available for all tabs inside the Attribute Table widget.

that required the custumize web application and that is possible it.Please let me know if you like to custumize and need in detail i will develop the java spring frameowrk application for you.

Thanks for the response. I have code to export feature class to CSV from js or geoprocessing tools. however, both ways are customized code. it would be a good idea this can be part of the function from the default widget without any extra code. It will be helpful to users.
