Add sharing option 'Link to feature' to popup window

I think it would be very intuitive and pratical for users to be able to access a sharing option like 'Link to feature' through the feature's context menu in the popup window.

Something like:

This shareable link would function in the same way that the one you get when you choose the Query a feature and zoom to it in the Share widget, but in a much simpler and direct way
