restriction on number of features/layers/project size

Hi

I wanted to know if there are any restrictions on the number of features, layers or the size of a project for deployment. I was able to deploy a project with an arcgisonline basemap and two custom polygon layers; but cannot deploy a project with one arcgisonline basemap and 30 custom layers (no more than 450 features per layer).

Any help would be appreciated.
