Zoom to area based on URL?

Can we do anything like this with the Flex viewer application? I really need to be able to have the user zoom into an area based on coordinates and a zoom level.

Something like this:
http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/vi...,-117.19,34.06
or this
http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/vi...=20,45&level=4
