Download ESRIMessages.properties in other languages than English

I know it's possible to download the English version of ESRIMessages.properties here: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/flex-api/concepts/index.html#/Localization/017p00000007000000/ and translate it if you want some other languages than the 22 already supported laguages.
But I'm using a Swedish language that are supported and would like to change just a few strings, without having to translate all the stings. Like I've done with the ViewerStrings.properties. Is it possible to download ESRIMessages.properties in the other languages somewhere?? If not, it would be great if the ESRI FlexTeam would make that possible.

Are the strings you want to re-translate currently wrong/bad, or is it just that you want something special for a specific use case?

The translation is not wrong or bad, but there are a few strings where I just prefer a different translation/different words, so it's good to have the possibility to change them.
But the main reasons for this request is under the the category of specific use cases.
