Interesting Issue. I have a Detect Incident that feeds a Control Volume so that for a given track only one Started or Ongoing transaction state is passed, one every five minutes. I go around the control with Ended states merging the results back together before outputting them. As I want all Ended transactions output.
Here is my issue, if I End the incident I would also like to End the throttle via Volume Control so that the next Started regardless of how long after the last Started/Ongoing is also outputted. I can't just go around the Volume Control since after the Started Detection I don't want an Ongoing output for a minimum of five minutes.
Any ideas?
