Hi,

I created a diagram consuming in ArcGIS PRO a Utility Network published like feature layer services.

Also I changed the default simbology (just one simbol) but when I press "Store"  Network Diagram>Manage>Store I loss my symbol. Is it a normal behavior?

I tried to change the symbology again but I can't restore the diagram.

My aims is consume my diagram with my custom simbology (using ArcGIS Pro standard symbology and a nre custom simbology style too). What's about the correct best pratices?

The SWs are ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3/ArcGIS for Portal v11/ArcGIS Server v11/PostgreSQL 13.

Thank you

Giuseppe P.

Hi @gpgisandsky

The layer settings that you customize in an open diagram map is persisted with your project when you save this project but it is not saved with your diagram when you store it. Storing a diagram only stores the diagram features in the geodatabase but doesn't save any edits you did on the diagram sublayers.

The diagram layer definition is set up on the diagram template. This layer definition is the one used at any diagram creation when it loads in a new diagram map . This is also the one used after the diagram map is refreshed once you store your newly created diagram or when you re-open any stored diagram.

To learn about how to manage diagram layer definition on your diagram template, see https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/network-diagrams/manage-diagram-layer-definitions...

Hopping this helps
