Hello,
I am trying to set up "CommunicationsDataManagementForArcGISEnterpriseV1" but get attached error during application of asset package.
Is this problem known and is there a solution/fix to it?
Thanks and best regards,
Jürgen
Solved! Go to Solution.
Can you try the steps from https://solutions.arcgis.com/utilities/help/utility-network-automation/get-started/frequently-asked-... ? I'm not sure why the refresh isn't showing it to you.
Unfortunately, that does not resolve the problem:

Hi Paul,
This log-file documents my unsuccessful attempt to upgrade the untools via Python Prompt. Does that give any clue?

Jürgen

Hi Paul,
With the help from Esri support (see case #02696389) we figured out that the problem was caused by a corrupted installation of the "pandas 1.1.3" package. Today, in another attempt to upgrade the untools, ArcGIS Pro installed "pandas 1.1.5" sucessfully and after that also "untools 2.6.2". Right now, I am applying the asset package of the Communication Data Management and it seems to be running successfully as well.
Best regards,
Jürgen
Hi Michael,
Did you have the time and opportunity to look into this?
Meanwhile, I made another test with a new download of the Communication Data Management model, the result was the same.
Thank you very much, best regards,
Jürgen
Hi Matt (hope that's correct)
Thanks for sharing your observations. Since it is not only me that is facing this problem I assume that the problem is related to either the asset package or to the tools that are delivered by Esri. Instead of manipulating the asset package on my own (as you suggest) I would expect Esri to investigate the root cause and come up with an official solution or fix.
Anyone from the Esri solutions team: Please let me know what to expect and how to continue. Thank you.
Best regards,
Jürgen
