ArcScene 3D map

Hi, Geonet People!

I have an excel file containing two depth to water table and elevation of the wells.

Note that I'm missing several depth values (blank value).

When I created groundwater 3D map on ArcScene and attempted to show gps of the wells,

I set my shapefile to have 1)extrusion that has an expression as -[aquifer_layer_2].

Then, set ESRI default marker for 2)symbology colored green.

After I applied changes in the shapefile, my ArcScene layer is shown as below.

Is there a way to eliminate the green layer?

What happens if you leave out the missing values?

I tried with <Null> data and putting "0" on blank data values, but still getting the same results.
