at these point i really frustrated in sign in. there are so many ways to sign up create account for student different or organization its different , git hub, google ,apple , and of course there own sign up these for feedback. to give instructions before give option to create account!
now problem part i sign up with google and try to sign in the software like city engine , arcmap it give me these error

what i tried i sign up with github and try to sign in here give other error in that

Unable to sign the user in. Please use create an account option.
later i relished i m students for them its different account so i create one -[personal information redacted] i do not remember how to use it and password probably mail also.
bad experience just sign in can not imagine to try software problem still not fix......
