Books like GIS Tutorial 1 (for 10.1) and 2 (for 10.1) have hardly any use for me (or many other people):
Is there a good 'donation' place for things like these books? Does Esri ever take these books?
I saw this thread from a couple of years ago without too many answers besides displaying them or keeping them for old software reasons...

I also have an unopened Esri Hands On Learning Lab book for 10.4 that I do not want since it's large and heavy. I don't feel like taking a picture of it...
This is in addition to countless other GIS books that I do have on display, but some basically have no purpose...
Anyways, what's the best way to get rid of these books besides just recycling them?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It people are looking for a 'click here click there' book they are best recycled since 10.1 would have a limited use market. More general texts can be donated to schools.. I just put mine in our GIS lab and you never know what people might find useful

Recycling it is. Or maybe holding up wobbly table legs.
