Hello,
I am following the extract roof forms for municipal development guide with local LiDAR data. I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1.
When I try the Segment Roof Parts tool I receive error 999999.
I'm using a feature class for "building footprints," and a raster feature class for "elevation surface (dsm)." Both are projected with NAD83 Virginia South ftUS. Both are clipped to similar extents.
I have tried some of the solutions in the error 999999 guide linked above including: Repair Geometry, checking file names, checking file location, dividing into smaller chunks, clearing temp files.
No matter what, the error always occurs on line 944, with that "error in file name" message. I can't figure out what it's referring to. There are no spaces, no files beginning with numbers, unless I'm totally blind.
Screenshots of parameters and error message below.
Any ideas what could be the issue?
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Heather,
I appreciate you reaching out. I actually solved the problem by rebuilding the file from scratch. Perhaps something was messed up with the data paths.
Thanks!
