Why is my survey123 connect hanging when I try to log in?

I am working with survey123 connect version 3.9.120.  When I try to sign in I get the circle progress buttons but they just keep spinning.  I deleted the survey123 connect credentials in my windows credential manager but that doesn't fix the problem.  If I restart my computer, or uninstall and reinstall survey123 connect, that does fix the problem temporarily but if I close survey123 connect and open it again it gets hung up trying to log in.  It acts like there is an issue somewhere in the Windows 10 OS that is not clearing or refreshing when I sign out or close survey123 connect.  Any thoughts would be appreciate please?

Hi Bob,

Could you try to delete the .json file from C:\Users\<user_name>\ArcGIS\AppStudio\Settings and reinstal the connect again to see if the problem still persists?

Did you also encounter the same issue with field app installed on the same Windows 10 OS?
