We are collecting information about fish habitat within remote locations and are switching between Collector and Survey123. We are using Arrow 100 GNSS receivers blue toothed to an iPhone and an iPad to increase location accuracy. Both the iPhone and iPads also have integrated GPS receivers, however over half the data collected using Survey123 seems to lose the location information when its submitted back in the office. None of the data collected using Collector has had this issue so I know that it is not a problem with the equipment. Any suggestions as to what is happening?
No worries Lisa.
We have been using the EOS Arrow 100 and 200s for about 3 years now. We have had some growing pains, but we have them mostly ironed out.
Not having the EOS app running was one of those growing pains that was remedied by educating the field staff. This was accomplished by showing them the difference between the two devices within collector using the High Accuracy Data capture metadata that is displayed in real-time and switching between the EOS and iPad as being the primary receivers.
Good Luck!
