Where do I enter Survey123 footer text?

I see where I can change the color, but where can I add text?

The footer text color refers to the color of elements that appear in the footer, such as the Submit (✓) icon and the page controls (when using the pages style - example below). It is not possible to modify these elements or add your own text.
