We created a form that works on an IPhone 8, but the multiple choice questions do not work on our IPAD PRo. Likewise, the location map does not show up on the IPAD, but does on the phone. Any thoughts would be appreciated . thanks, Pete

This form was created in Survey 123, brought in to Survey123 Connect to add a couple of formulas, then posted back to Survey 123. Not sure if that might have something to do with it?

Although, the location map not showing up, was created and shared just in Survey 123.

Hi Pete,

Have you made sure the latest version of the form has been downloaded to your devices?  When you say the multiple choice questions are not working, what is the behavior that you see?  By the location map not showing up, are you not seeing the entire question or just the map?
