Hi all, I am getting the error below when a user tries to complete a survey in a web browser despite being logged in properly (their username appears in the top right corner, although I've cropped it for this post). The form works with no issues in the mobile app.

Is this a known bug? or something that I've missed?

Cheers

Dan

Hi Dan,

What browser did you use to submit the survey? Did you receive the same error when trying different web browsers using the same log in? Is the survey created from the Survey123 website or Survey123 Connect?

Hi Shwu-jing, sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I my error was in Chrome (Version 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (32-bit)), but i'm not 100% sure what the user who first experienced the problem was using.

The survey was created using Survey123 Connect.

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Dan

Hi Dan,

Could you try couple of things here?

1. Clear the cache and try to open the survey link.

2. Try turning the developer tools and monitor the Network to see if you can capture other information when you can repro the error on Chrome?

3. Try other web browser such as Edge or Firefox to see if you can repro the error.

4. Did the error occur with certain type of user role or some specifc users?
