'User' account submissions not showing up in online data section.

I have a new user adding data using a survey and now the collected data points show up in the 'sent' section in the Survey12 mobile app, but do not appear on the Survey123 browser data section for the surveys.

We are using the most recent Survey123 app for iOS on an iPad. The survey was downloaded using the app through our organization. The new user's permissions level is simply 'User' while the other accounts we have been using this survey on are 'Editor' and the survey was created by an 'Editor' in the browser designer. Surveys are shared and editable by everyone in the organization, as well as the feature classes.

Hi Bryce,

If the role is the built-in 'User' role, then the submissions should be coming through.  Can I ask that you do a form submission while logging (as per Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS )?  You can turn the switch on without a console selected; this will cause a text file to be on the device, which can be removed using the 'Recover data from a  device' process described on the same page.  The log file will be in the ArcGIS\AppStudio\logs folder.
