We have been facing a problem from Yesterday till Now i can not publish surveys on portal i tried with other PC s and different .xlas forms we faced same problem, the empty folder will create in the Content of portal with out Feature layer(host) and form.Please take a look of the attached picture and written error message, the warning window appear when am trying to publish any forms on portal.
Can you please provide some more information about what Portal version you are using, what type of datastore or enterprise server, how it is configured, authentication, and what version of Connect and field app you are using?
