Unable to connect to Survey123 via Enterprise login

I have used Survey123 many times via my Enterprise login and have just tried to login to access a form. I am being asked to enter my Enterprise organisation's URL, however I can't do this due to the presence of '.maps.arcgis.com'. Please can you advise? This has never been an issue in the past. Thanks

I had this problem when I initially tried to use S123 from Portal. Unfortunately, it took a week of Tech Support assistance to resolve the issue. I recommend opening a case.

Sounds like you need to add your portal url (you are pointed to AGO).  Use the cog in the upper right.

Hi T L,

I have downloaded the app and managed to add a portal and connect to Enterprise there. However still having issues connecting via a browser due to the predefined URL ending (.maps.arcgis.com). However the app should do for now.

To sign in to your portal in the Survey123 website, browse to the following URL in your browser, with the provided example portal replaced with your own portal's URL:

https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis
