Unable to access survey or no survey available.

Hello,

I am using arcgis survey123 connect application. I published my survey through the portal. However, when going to my portal's survey address("https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis") I get the attached error.

"Unable to access survey or no survey available.
Please make sure that the logged in user (poradmin) can access this survey and the link to the survey is correct."

I've encountered this when the Survey name has spaces or special characters in the name.

Thanks for the answer but,I don't think this is the problem. Because I paid attention to column names and special characters. Now I am getting the attached error. I was able to stream yesterday without getting this error. I can't publish right now.Could it be effective if the datastore is in readonly or readwrite mode?
