Time Questions between 12:00PM and 12:59PM not logging

I have a simple survey that I created using the XLS document. I was alerted today that the web browser survey was having an issue with time questions but only between noon (12:00 PM) and 12:59 PM. I attached an image of the error that my users are experiencing. I also attached a copy of my xls doc. Thanks!

We are aware of this issue, and it is planned to be fixed at the next release of Survey123.
