I believe this is a bug. Survey123, Enterprise 11.3, web map (new or classic) pop-up...
- I have a survey, where photos are taken and stored as repeats
- If the survey and photo is captured with the mobile app, either with the camera or the file upload option, the photo thumbnail appears in the pop-up when the layer is added to a web map and user clicks on a point to get the pop-up
- However, if the survey is submitted through the desktop web form, and the photo is uploaded through the file upload option, the link to the photo thumbnail in the pop-up is broken.
