Survey123 v3.5: Inbox doesn't show attachments

We're having trouble showing attachments in the inbox when operators open existing forms out in the field. 

I will note that we've had to move all our attachment questions into their own separate tables because the attachments are randomly grayed out and without a repeat option we can't add an attachment or set that question as required.

Hi Jordan,

Attachments are not supported in the Inbox and will not be displayed in the survey form when open for editing. This is a future enhancement in our backlog.

Hi Katie,

There is no update at this time for attachments to be loaded with the Inbox.

Hi James, 

Is there any update for showing attachments in the inbox? Many of our PC users in our office use the desktop application and there biggest complaint is not being able to view signatures and job site pictures.

There is currently no update on the timing of this feature being released, attachments are not currently supported in the Inbox for viewing or editing.

This enhancement is high on our priority list, and something we are working on for 2021. There is currently no set timeline or release number it is scheduled for. Please keep an eye out on the Early Adopter Community, once we have the feature ready and in beta for user feedback in the future.

Hi @Anonymous User and @JamesTedrick ! Do you guys have a recommended workaround for this issue? Would a custom URL scheme be helpful? From a survey that is being edited by a field worker, I need to open the corresponding web map to the same point and add/edit photos. Thanks!
