I have a user who is in an update group for a survey and wants to copy the survey and make a new survey. However, they get an error. Is this because they are not the owner? "Unable to find the related feature service or get the response from it". Save as is greyed out. They can publish with no errors. I do not get this error, but I also have most admin roles. This user has a publisher role.

As a follow up... this is just an error whenever the user would save as from the main survey123 gallery, but did not have the error in the Design > Save As options. As a non-owner but partial admin, I do not have the error in either places.

Hi Teresa!

This is a known bug that has been logged: BUG-000155407 - "Save As" option is inactive for "non-owners" and shows "Unable to find the related feature service or get the response from it", when a survey is shared with a "Shared Update" group

The current workaround is to create a copy of the survey from the Design tab instead of from My Surveys, as you have done.

If you would like to keep track of the status of the bug through your MyEsri account, please log a support case and we can attach you to the bug.
