Survey123 pass webmap URL through Power Automate

Good Afternoon,  I am trying to figure out how to pass a URL through Power Automate that opens a webmap or webapp builder to the record that was submitted in Survey123.  I have configured Power automate to send the email but I cannot figure out how to configure a URL in that email to open a webmap or webapp builder zooming to that record.  Below is what I have so far any help or direction on this would be appreciated.
