Survey123 online data portal not loading

We've had a published survey in survey123 for the last year. Only recently, the online data portal will not load survey data. Both the "data" and "analyze" tabs appear  to be hung up entirely. We've tried various browsers (firefox, chrome, edge) but it is all the same. What is a fix for this?
