Hello,

we recently got the remark that colleagues are finding it suboptimal that there is no real easy mobile view on the data that colleagues collected inside of Survey123. They are especially interested in the images that have been sent in a project f.e. when they want to look for something that they collected in the past or when they are discussing something with the client.

How is everyone doing this? What would be the most user-friendly solution for people not that familiar with GIS? Jumping between applications (f.e. from FieldMaps to Survey and back to FM) or using URL for a Instant-App or Experience Builder might theoretically be a viable solution, but maybe users don´t like to use multiple apps. I would be interested in user-friendly, easy accesible and scalable solutions that we could implement for our projects.

I also know about Sent Folder and Inbox, but they also have limitations. Sent folder only for own data that has been sent and Inbox is not good for dynamically filtering data based on individual requests (i know about WHERE clause).

Thank you for your Ideas!

Currently you have 2 options:

1: prep the responses to be able to be queried and viewed from the inbox.https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/view-and-edit-the-000035097

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/prepareforediting.htm

2: Use something external to survey123 to view submitted responses.  You should be able to  configure a Dashboard or Exp Builder as response viewer and both have options to configure for mobile viewing.

You could include a link to the Dashboard/ExB in the survey form for a quick reference while filling out a survey.  It is still a 2 app solution but you wouldn't need to exit the current form and could easily return.

Just some thoughts for consideration.
