Survey123 link not launching in Internet Explorer

I made a survey on Survey123 Connect. I shared the link (public) and when I try to access it via Internet Explorer, the Survey doesn't open. I need a refresh of the page for the Survey to display. Could you fix this issue ? It works perfectly with Firefox.

I just also wanted to add that once I click "open in browser" from the green picture, the Chrome tells me again that survey doesnt exist. So I think its more about the fact that survey is only shared with specific organizational group and not publicly. in IE11 no such problem occurs.

Hi Aurelija,

From the screenshots provided, I can see that you are using Portal.  What version of Portal are you using and is your Portal public facing (accessible from the internet)?  Also, are you able to share the url to the survey once you share it out publicly?  Feel free to send it to me in a private email in GeoNet or in an email to barmstrong @esri.com.

My survey is not loading in IE11

When loading, I get the following 2 errors:
