Survey123 Form: Multiple images in choice list supported?

In Survey123, can you add multiple photos to your choice list? We would like for just one thumbnail image to show in the choice list as shown below but when you click on the image, it would show multiple images by clicking a next arrow. Is this possible?

Survey123 doesn't support multiple images for a choice directly.  It may be possible to provide something like this by having a series of note questions with images that are not relevant until a choice is selected.

Thank you! I have another question. Is there a way to make the thumbnail images larger in the choice list?  We do not want to have to click on each thumbnail image to view the larger image.
