Survey123 Enterprise Logins- Bad Request- Request Too Long

One of my users is getting the error seen below. It is only occurring on one device for one user, the rest of my field staff can log in fine. we uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the issue persists. I want to note the user with the issue can log in fine on other devices (the same device make/model). 

We are using active directory federation services for enterprise login auth.

The device is Android Galaxy S8

Hi Joe,

What version of the app are you using? Can you try the latest 3.2 public store app, but also try the 3.3 beta release available on EAC.

Also, can you try and delete the entire ArcGIS folder on the device (it should contain several sub folders also), you can browse and find it in the device storage via My Files app. Note this will delete all the downloaded surveys, survey database, and the settings. This way you can reinstall and have a clean new install.

it was the most recent version. the user ended up resetting his phone to factory defaults and the error went away. weird though never seen that type of error before.
