Survey123 custom report templates with data captured in Collector

Is it possible to get my Survey123 custom report templates to show a photo taken with Collector?   The standard Survey123 report works with photos data captured in either Survey123 or Collector.   Unfortunately, my custom report only successfully shows photos taken with Survey123.  It appears that the image naming convention is different but the standard print on the Data tab of the Survey123 website handles either type fine.  My custom template shows "Can not find image" for those taken with Collector.

Hi Michelle

For attachments to be linked to a survey question - survey123 applies keywords on submission of the survey to the feature service. Collector does not use keywords in this manor - so there is no way for the Survey123 website to link the image to a question and hence printing fails.
